Qualifications:
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Can speak and understand English language
- Can take food and beverage order of the customer and deliver it on time
- Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Report to management regarding results and productivity of his work
- Willing to work in our Boracay spa, hotel, and resort (Boracay Summer Palace Resort Inc.)
Additional Qualification:
- Graduate of 4 year course
- Experience in Hotel, Restaurant, and Luxury Cruise is an advantage
- Training Certificate is an advantage
- Male or female
- At least 19 year old
