Property Manager (Bacolod)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage subdivisions and condominium towers, providing assistance to the community and the Board of Directors. 
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the community
• Supervise the security program and personnel
• Manage the financial resources and needs of the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Male or Female, 23-29 years old
• College Graduate (Management, Social Sciences, Communication, Accountancy or Engineering)
• Work experience in Property Management is an advantage
• Required skill(s): analyzing situations & problem solving, report handling of meetings and presentation of materials, relationship building including reasoning / negotiating / convincing, written and oral communication, customer complaints management, Personnel and Administrative Management Skills.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
