Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree , Nursing or equivalent. 
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in a customer service/shared services/BPO environment is required. 
• Excellent Communication Skills. 
• Willing to work on shifts and in Iloilo Site. 
• 2-3 experience handling Books, thorough knowledge of print and electronic production and processes is preferred. 
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. 
• 3 Full-Time position(s) available.
