- A graduate of Civil Engineering with license and at least 5 years professional experience, including management and co-ordination, ideally with non-governmental organisations, within humanitarian projects
- Experience and knowledge in bamboo construction is an asset
- Computer literacy (AutoCAD,MS Office - Word&Excel)
- Valid motorbike driver license
- Proven ability to be flexible in pressurised working environments where plans may rapidly change requiring creative project responses
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
