Gingersnaps is the leading branch for children's and maternity wear in the Philippines. From our modest beginnings in 1994 as a single corner in a department store, we have grown to 31 boutiques and 30 department store corners in prime establishments nationwide.
Today, we have department store corners in Bangkok and Singapore, Malaysia, UAE and Saudi Arabia. We also distribute our products to several countries on a wholesale capacity. The next few years will see us bring our concepts to different regions from which we have been receiving numerous inquiries.
Requirements:
- Graduate of Business course
- Not over 30 years of age
- With at least 5 years experience in similar capacity in a retail fashion retail company
- Computer literate
- Has strong leadership skills
- Analytical, detail and process oriented
Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and oversee all facets of store operations.
- Responsible for a whole gamut of diverse activities with increasing sales (and profits) and minimizing costs as your ultimate goal.
- Ensure high level of customer service consistent with our brand, evaluation and training of all frontlines, motivating employees.
- Ensures that store inventory is adequately replenished and maintained while minimizing overstock or dead stock inventory
- Losses of merchandise, cash control and maintenance of our store plantilla shall also be part of your responsibility.
