- Responsible for Language / Communication Training focusing on American Voice & Accent and Culture.
- Responsible for conducting New Hire training batches to enhance spoken & written communication of new hire candidates.
- Responsible for performance of new hires and continuous development of current employees
- Strategically work on TNA (Training Needs Analysis) for the overall enhancement of communication delivery and the impact on LOB calling processes.
- Conducting LPNA (Learning & Performance Needs Analysis) for the current employees and gathering and Identifying essential information needed for satisfying the needs of the trainees.
- Develop, Design and Update learning curriculum based on the LPNA model and operational requirement.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
- At least 1-4 years of working experience preferably for American Voice & Accent and Culture.
- Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Comprehensive hands on experience in Training Needs Analysis and actual training facilitation especially for new hires to mid-management level.
- Applicants must be willing to work in 2F, Ayala Technohub Bldg., Boardwalk Avenue, Smallville Complex, Iloilo City
